Your product is covered by a 6 month manufacturer’s guarantee.
If you’re not satisfied with your product you may return it for a refund within a 7-day period. We recommend using a signed service when doing this as LetsLaze Ltd will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
We will refund the cost of the product excluding any postage charges that were incurred and as long as the product has not been punctured.
After this period, we cannot accept any returns, but if the product has a manufacturer’s fault we will happily replace the product for you with a new one.
If your product has been punctured, it is an easy repair process using a bicycle puncture repair kit. This option will save you the cost of returning your product to LetsLaze Ltd. If you would like us to fix the puncture you may return the item at your cost, we will then factory heat seal the punctured area. We only ask for the cost of returning the item usually £4.95 if you reside in the UK.
If the Outer surface rips this can be sewn making sure the inner PVC material is not in the way as this will puncture if caught by the needle. The performance of your LetsLaze™ will not be affected by repairing the outer layer.
